Minutes

Unfortunately, only two PPG members attended Aprils PPG Meeting.

There were a couple of very last-minute cancellations and a number of people who simply did not attend.

We had a very constructive informal discussion with the ractice manager and Assistant Practice Manager, no formal notes were taken, since the meeting had no chair and was not quorate.

  1. The practice will supply data available besides the FFT (e.g. list of complaints, how many were upheld). 
  2. (******)  will also look at GP patient survey to analyse / compare how the ACS performs vs. other surgeries (nationally / locally / within our own PCN)
  3. We need to review the attendance and delete from the invitation list any person who has not attended as originally agreed.
  4. Practice Manager and Asisstant Practice Manager share with the PPG any ideas / plans that they have for the future in order to gauge our interest / thoughts and get our feedback.
